The MGM Rewards Mobile App campaign bridged the gap by showing guests how the app acts as an intuitive digital companion. By highlighting features like pre-arrival & room upgrades, effortless entertainment booking, and 24/7 assistance, the creative strategy shifted perceptions of the app from a simple loyalty tracker to an essential vacation experience tool.
To ensure constant deployment throughout the entire MGM Resorts Destinations portfolio, the campaign utilized a highly flexible design system. A comprehensive plug-and-play toolkit—complete with modular color palettes, iconography pairing, and defined messaging—empowered respective property marketing teams to deploy seamlessly at every touchpoint.
